Soy Sauce

Soy sauce is made from wheat, soy beans, salt and so on.
Tatsuno is famous for soy sauce, especially light soy sauce.
Soy sauce is originated from miso. A man from a temple in Nara left miso for years. Then the miso fermented and became soy sauce.
There are different types of soy sauce. Usukuchi (light soy sauce), Koikuchi (dark soy sauce) and Tamari (rich soy sauce).
There is a soy sauce company called Higashimaru in Tatsuno.
It’s very famous.
When we make soy sauce, we mix wheat, soy beans and aspergillus.
Then add salt, and leave the mixture for a half year. It becomes soy sauce.
It sounds easy, but it’s deep and tastes complex.
We hope that Tatsuno soy sauce becomes more famous.

醤油は小麦，大豆，塩などで作られています。
龍野はその醤油が日本でも有名で，特に薄口醤油が有名です。
醤油は，奈良の寺の人が何年も味噌を発酵させていると，味噌から醤油が出てきたことが始まりです。
醤油にも色々な種類があって，薄口，濃口，たまりなどがあります。
龍野にはヒガシマル醤油株式会社があり，とても有名です。
醤油は，小麦と大豆にこうじ菌を混ぜて，塩を入れ発酵させて，半年くらいたつと出来上がります。
一見すぐできそうな物だけれど奥が深く，味わいのあるものなので，もっと龍野の醤油が有名になってほしいです。

So-men

“Ibono-Ito” is one of the best kinds so-men noodles.
We usually eat cold so-men in the summer.
We put cucumber, egg and ham on so-men.
Then we dip so-men in a soup.
The soup’s base is soy sauce.
We sometimes add chopped green onion, wasabi, seaweed or ginger in the soup, too.
It tastes light, so it’s good to eat in the hot summer.
Hot soup so-men is also eaten in winter.
It looks like udon, but the noodles are thinner.
It makes our body warm.
So-men is a part of our life.
We sometimes see so-men in a miso-soup.
So-men taste very light, so it matches with many types of food.
Most of people like so-men very much.

『揖保の糸』は日本でも有名な素麺のひとつです。
私たちはよく夏に冷たい素麺を食べます。
夏の冷たい素麺には，キュウリや卵，海苔，ハムをトッピングして食べます。
その素麺をつゆにつけて食べます。つゆは醤油をベースにしています。
ネギ，わさび，海草，しょうがなどをつゆに入れることもあります。
軽く食べられるので，夏に食べるにはいいです。
冬には暖かい素麺（にゅう麺）も食べられます。
うどんのように見えますが，麺がもっと細いです。
寒い日には食べるとぽかぽかします。
素麺は生活のなかにあたりまえのように見かけます。
時には味噌汁の中に入っていることもあります。
素麺自体がくどくないので，色々な料理に合います。
ほとんどの人が素麺を大好きです。
